Do you really need an image viewer to watch photos, a media player to watch videos, a music player to listen to songs, a text editor or word processor to open text files, and an archiving tool to be able to extract data from archives? No, you don’t need several applications, because one is enough. Ultra File Opener can handle images, videos, music, text files, archives, and even source code files.

Ultra File Opener is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, and even the quite old Windows Vista and Windows XP. A simple setup wizard will help you install Ultra File Opener on a PC that runs any of these Windows editions. It won’t take long and will require a minimum amount of effort.

As you can see from the screenshots and "quick look" video that accompanies this article, Ultra File Opener has a simple, user friendly interface. I’m confident in saying that even a complete novice will very quickly figure things out and won’t have any problems accessing all the features and functions that Ultra File Opener has to offer.

Ultra File Opener can perform the following tasks: display images; print images; convert images; play videos; play music; open and edit text files; open source code files; extract data from archives. Instead of using several applications to access different types of files, you can use just one application – Ultra File Opener.

Ultra File Opener isn’t free and the trial version never lets you forget it. It puts a large watermark on the screen, it puts a watermark on any image you convert, it presents a big Register Ultra File Opener panel that can’t be closed, and it brings up an Activate Now window whenever you want to close the aforementioned panel.

Seeing that Ultra File Opener supports hundreds of file formats, it’s safe to say that it can handle anything you throw at it – images, videos, music, text files, archives, and source code files.

Pros

Installing Ultra File Opener on a Windows PC is an effortless task. The interface is user friendly, very easy to navigate. Ultra File Opener supports hundreds of file types: images, videos, music, text files, archives, and source code files.

Cons

Trial limitations: watermark, nag screens.
